About
I run the operations behind serious research — the programs, awards, events, and systems that let expert teams turn complex ideas into organized action. Most recently I directed AI-safety programs at the Future of Life Institute.
The through-line is the same across very different settings: bridging serious ideas and practical delivery. At Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government, I rebuilt how a large credential program supported its learners; at Archibus, I ran a national software-partner program for a decade. Different domains, one job — understanding specialists well enough to coordinate their work, then building the structure that lets it run.
For nearly two decades I've taught alongside that work at the Harvard Division of Continuing Education — the same discipline in another form: making demanding material legible and staying reliable across a long commitment.
What I bring to a mission-driven organization is operational discipline paired with genuine comfort in hard, technical subject matter — the ability to sit with specialists and then build the systems that turn their work into outcomes. My graduate work reflects the same combination: a Master of Liberal Arts in Government from the Harvard University Extension School, on top of a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Geneva College.
If your organization is doing work that matters and needs someone to run the programs behind it, I'd like to hear from you.
